Our office has worked hard to change the discussion on trades worker immigration.

Presently, government has only policy on trades workers … kick out the legals and encourage the illegals. The bottom line is that Canadians make money from illegal workers.

Our response is simple. If Canada wants the illegals to go back to Europe then fine. They’ll go. But there is one condition. Give them back their money.

•  The unions have to give back the union pension fund contributions
• The employers have to give back the 50% overtime wage
• Ottawa has to give back the EI and CPP contributions 

In summary, the illegal European workers are owed billions of dollars by unions, employers and government.

Pedro is our first client to receive his refund money from a union pension fund.

We will stop the push for the workers money when our clients get their status .
