"Nice to see the Minister taking ongoing instructions from our European friends.

The boys are hardly discussing the Express Entry schmozle.

What’s really at issue is the role, under CETA, of European government , business and civil society in framing Canada’s immigration picture.

On the one hand, it is unconscionable that CETA is Europe’s  immigration Trojan  horse.

On the other hand, given the consequences of Ottawa’s thirty year collapse of the immigration process, maybe we have little option but to wave the white flag  of surrender to the Holy Roman Empire  … which I am reminded was neither  Holy, nor Roman nor an Empire.  

In any event, I assume that Minister Alexander continues to feather his established nest."
