"GOING TO COURT
Going to court is
never an easy decision.
It’s been a long
time since I’ve advised clients to look for fair play in the courts, not
government.
Judicial relief is a
blunt instrument.
The consequences of
seeking judicial relief are multiple. The stress. The cost. The allegations. The
closed doors. The uncertainty. The possibility of defeat.
Going to court is
based on a core decision that one can no longer trust a government’s commitment
to do the right thing.
